Four Irish Play Spanish Ladies Amateur

Four Irish players join the quality field of 120 at the Spanish International Ladies Amateur Championship at Sherry Golf Jerez, Cadiz, 2nd - 6th March.

Leona Maguire, fresh from her win at the Portuguese Open four weeks ago, is joined by current Internationals Lisa Maguire, Danielle McVeigh (RCDL) and Gillian O'Leary (Cork). 

The 4 players have enjoyed two practice rounds on Monday and Tuesday and now attempt to qualify for the matchplay stages in a quality European field. 

18 holes on Wednesday and Thursday sees the top 32 players qualify for matchplay from Friday through Sunday.
