This year three Irish players are part of the Tavistock Cup with Lake Nona resident Graeme McDowell joined this year - in the new extended tournament format - by Darren Clarke and Paul McGinley from Queenwood in Surrey.

On Monday it was the three twosomes from Isleworth that combined to shoot 30-under par to take a two-stroke lead after the first round of the 2011 Tavistock Cup.
