An update had been scheduled for 10:00hrs but with no improvement in the high winds – gusting at times up to fifty kilometres an hour – and it will now be midday before further news is expected.
In Germany play is scheduled to recommence at 12:45hrs at the Fleesensee Golf Club.
There are twenty five Irish players involved in both events.
