The two final European Tour Qualifying School Stage 1 Section D events are underway on Tuesday at Wychwood Park in Crewe, in the United Kingdom and Circolo Golf Bogogno in Italy. 
At the Italian venue there is a three way tie for lead on day one between Claudio Baesli of Switzerland, Jaako Makitalo of Finland and Francis Valera of Spain - all carding 6 under par rounds of 66. 
Ruaidhri McGee signed for a 3 over par 75. 
At DeVere Wychwood Park the Irish players seeking a chance to reach Stage 2 are trailing the joint leaders of Le Roux Ferreira of South Africa and James Heath of England both on 4 under after rounds of 68. 
David Rawluk is the leading Irish player after a level par opening round of 72. 
Paul O’Hanlon signed for a 73 to go one over par for day one. 
Dara Lernihan was 2 over par after carding a 74. 
Cian Daly was one shot further drift after a 76 left him +4 along with Brendan McCarroll. 
David Ruddy signed for a 77 to finish +5 
Cian Curley finished with a 79 to remain +7 
David Kernohan signed for an 81 on +9.
