Martina Gillen of Team Ireland is two shots off the pace at the Hero Honda Women’s Indian Open in New Delhi after playing 12 holes in one under par with Rebecca Flood of Australia currently leading on 2 under at the DLF Golf and Country Club.
Rebecca Coakley is one over par at the turn after three early bogeys.
Hazel Kavanagh is two over par after bogeys on 5, 7 and 8.
Tara Delaney is five over par through fifteen holes after a triple bogey on the par four 7th hole.
The event is tri-sanctioned by the Ladies European Tour, the Ladies Asian Golf Tour (LAGT) and Women's Golf Association of India (WGAI) will carry a purse of US $ 300,000 (approximately €225,000), the highest ever for women's professional golf in India.
